We had excellent seats, but by the looks of it, any seat is a good seat there. I received the tickets through work. Our new catalog printer, St. Croix Press, has season tickets and offered tickets to a game. How could I pass that up? And those tickets just happened to be in the 2nd row in left field.
The day started out cloudy and cool, but by mid game the sun was blaring and it was getting warm, borderline hot. The warm got a little hot and sunny at times. I believe the top of my head is now burnt. I'm sure this is why so many people wear baseball hats...
Unfortunately, they lost. If you're from Minnesota, it's no surprise. We're all used to the loses by now. They played the Indians and the first two innings were horrible. I believe the score then was 0 to 8. They did pick up a little mid game, but then sort of went down hill again at the end, ending with a 4-10 loss.
