Red, White, & Blue Patriotic Fabric Pennant Banner Bunting for the 4th of July

I really, really wanted to make red, white, and blue themed banner for the 4th of July to hang outside. It was getting really close to the 4th and I have/had SO many other projects to get down before our big party, so I decided just to buy one.
